Application:

Principle of Work:

1)The motor make the block eccentric type sieve vibrator rotating at high speed through the v-belts.

2)The rotating eccentric block generates a lot of the centrifugal force and stimulates screen box producing certain circular movement.

3)The material on the slant vibration sieve then produces a continuous casting movement.

4)The particles less than the sieve hole material will be sieved when the material meets the screen surface thus realize grading.

Features:

1. The structure of vibrating screen is novel, and the technical parameter is advanced.

2. The capacity is large and the screening efficiency is high.

3. It adopts the tube eccentric shaft vibrator and partial block adjusting amplitude technology, so it is convenient to operate and maintain.

5. With the rubber isolation spring used, the noise is low and the resonance region is smooth.
